My Story
I still remember the hum of the dial-up modem and watching pages load on Netscape Navigator. The questions that shape my work today are the same ones I was already asking back then: why some pages get found, why others convert, and why the gap between traffic and revenue is rarely a creative problem. I started building simple websites for fun, testing layouts, search rankings, and user behaviour. Looking back, I was learning the foundations of SEO, UX, and digital growth long before I'd call it a career.
That early curiosity became the work I do now. Over the past decade, I’ve helped B2B and consumer brands move beyond “going digital” to building marketing engines that contribute directly to pipeline and revenue. My work spans SEO, AI search, content strategy, paid media, conversion optimization, and the cross-functional alignment that makes those channels actually work together.
As Growth Marketing Manager at Aptum, a managed cloud and infrastructure provider, I lead the growth strategy across organic search, AI search visibility, paid acquisition, and channel marketing. The work spans strategy and execution: deciding where to compete, building the business case for investment, aligning sales, product, and finance behind a single growth thesis, and making sure the channels deliver against it. I partner regularly with the executive team on positioning, prioritization, and the connection between marketing spend and revenue.
Outside Aptum, I founded and operate Mini Trader, a UK marketplace connecting MINI enthusiasts with sellers. It’s where I do my hands-on operating, pricing, retention, marketplace dynamics, and the lessons that come from building something from zero with no budget cushion.
A few moments from the last few years:
- Built and presented the SEO and AI search strategy adopted by senior leadership, framing the case for budget reallocation against projected pipeline contribution.
- Led the recovery of organic search traffic after a brand consolidation, designing the content gap analysis and execution plan with measured pipeline impact.
- Owned the channel marketing relationship with a strategic partner platform, including positioning, content optimization, and keyword enrichment across 19 product lines.
- Launched a US paid search program in a new market segment with clean attribution architecture and structured testing in a competitive category.
- Built and grew Mini Trader as a profitable niche marketplace, owning every part of the growth stack from acquisition to retention.
