My Story
My fantastic journey in the digital world from Netscape to metaverse has been full of curiosity, investigation and exploration. Little did I know while self-learning to develop personal websites as a hobby in my teenage that it would later be a part of my career. My passion for web design, user experience, SEO, and eCommerce drove me to digital media marketing.
My digital content, web development, and SEO expertise has given me the skills to empathize and collaborate with enterprise-wide partners, external clients, and agencies. In addition, with over a decade of lateral experience across industries, I have accumulated a wealth of skills & knowledge in leadership, strategy, professional communication, and interpersonal relationship building.
I now help brands develop and implement a digital strategy to take their businesses to the next level. At Aptum, I thrive in collaborating with various stakeholders to continuously create unique and effective online content and provide an effortless customer experience at every touchpoint. I enjoy making sense of the big picture and addressing the shared value between brand, business and customer through meaningful digital experiences crafted to delight and empower.
My key skills and knowledge include digital content planning, development & optimization, CMS, UX design, SEO, and data & heatmap analysis.
Key Achievements:
- Successfully led an SEO-focused website re-designing project that helped simplify the user journey and improve user experience.
- Created pieces of digital content and implemented SEO techniques as a part of college coursework that ranked on the first page of Google SERP for relevant keywords.
- Optimized product listing that improved organic search ranking from pages 3-4 for at least five high-volume keywords, which resulted in a 40% increase in organic traffic in 3 months.
- Successfully launched private label products on Amazon Canada by applying keyword research, SEO and PPC knowledge.
